Akhila Kerala Balajana Sakhyam, the largest student organisation in Asia, an initiative by Malayala Manorama, was founded by K.C Mammen Mappila on 1929 May 29. The ultimate motive of Balajanasakhyam continues to be service from the very beginning. Sakhyam has offered unrelenting services to the society, especially for the students. As per history, the first member of sakhyam was K.M Mathew( former chief editor, Malayala Manorama). Sakhyam has played a great role in mending the youth of Kerala to confront the challenges of the present world and to behave as a well trained citizen. Sakhyam has given exposure to the talents of students in a great extent. Balajanasakhyam Ernakulam zone, through this blog, hope to bring together all sakhyam members and encourage them to achieve our aims as our motto says "WE SERVE".
